Nourish to Flourish: Diet-Based Interventions in Cancer Prevention – Part 2

Building upon the foundation established in Part 1, this session focused on scalable community-based strategies, farm-to-table approaches, and the collaborative team models needed to sustain long-term patient behavior change. Panelists shared real-world examples tailored to community health settings, with an emphasis on practical, low-cost, and culturally responsive strategies. The session was directly responsive to participant-submitted challenges from Part 1 and concluded with a call to action to integrate at least one Food-as-Medicine strategy into practice.
