Community Outreach with an Emphasis on Partnering with Colleges/Universities to Fill Staffing Gaps in Health Centers

This webinar was designed to bridge the gap between community health centers and academic institutions, particularly those serving students from underrepresented and marginalized communities. Panelists explored how educational institutions can serve not just as talent pipelines, but as partners working alongside health centers to co-design culturally responsive, sustainable staffing models, including strategies for partnering with HBCUs and Minority-Serving Institutions.
