Building Relationship in Screening Conversations

This webinar was designed in response to the lack of structured training in relationship-building communication and culturally responsive dialogue strategies for CHWs, outreach staff, and front-line clinicians. It elevated strategies grounded in lived experience and emphasized how even brief, intentional conversations can foster connection, reduce resistance, and empower patients to act. Panelists challenged attendees to view screening conversations as relationship-building opportunities—one patient, one moment, and one conversation at a time.
